A fibroepithelial neoplasm (or tumor) is a biphasic tumor. They consist of epithelial tissue, and stromal or mesenchymal tissue. They may be benign or malignant.

Examples include:

  • Brenner tumor of the ovary
  • Fibroadenoma of the breast
  • Phyllodes tumor of the breast
