Camptobrachydactyly

In the large kindred reported by Edwards and Gale (1972) brachydactyly involved the hands and the feet in combination with congenital flexion contractures of the fingers. Syndactyly, polydactyly, septate vagina and urinary incontinence were present in some. Two severely affected children of affected first cousins were thought to be homozygotes.
