Clinical Features

Kumar and Levick (1986) reported a family in which members in 5 generations appeared to have had anonychia-onychodystrophy in association with hypoplasia of metacarpals, metatarsals, and distal phalanges and, in at least 2 individuals, absent metacarpals and phalanges. No male-to-male transmission was observed. Castori et al. (2007) suggested that the family reported by Kumar and Levick (1986) may have Cooks syndrome (106995).
