Adducted thumb and clubfoot syndrome (ATCS) is an autosomal recessive connective tissue disorder characterized by congenital malformations, contractures of thumbs and feet, a typical facial appearance, and normal cognitive development. This condition is caused by mutations in the CHST14 gene.
