This syndrome is characterised by intrauterine growth retardation, renal dysgenesis and a unilobed or absent thymus.

Epidemiology

It has been described in three girls born to a nonconsanguineous couple.

Genetic counseling

The mode of transmission is unknown but autosomal recessive inheritance was suggested.
