Halal and Silver (1992) described the cases of 3 sibs (2 boys, 1 girl) and their father. The children had growth retardation, microcephaly, minor facial anomalies reminiscent of mild Brachmann-de Lange syndrome (BDLS; 122470), severe metatarsus adductus, developmental delay, and unusual dermatoglyphics. The father was thought to show some of the same features.
